Good morning, Woke early today, To early for breakfast. Scale gnomes were once again kind to me, 2 lbs. I will take it. Next goal is only 2x pounds away…..

I let my weight get out of control, effecting my health. Now I have to pay the fiddler. I had set a bunch on mini goals to help me on the way. The main goal is 113 lbs and has a time limit of 1x year. If I don’t make it, it will be darn close. Undetermined how much more I want to lose , waiting on my annual exam with my Dr. My BP has significantly dropped, and suspect Dr will change my meds again. It has been a rough ride, Started 20 Oct 2021, but I have a great supporting cast…. My wife and kids. No alcohol, no sweets or pastries, (except my gum and natural sugars in my fruits)no pasta, no potatoes, no eggs, no bread with the exception of some cornbread. and almost no rice. I even know what I’m having on 20 October (after I see Dr). An omelet. Love me some eggs, and will slowly reintroduce them back into my diet.
