Day 2 on the Atkins diet and the headache went away about mid morning, thank goodness. I hit my carbs right on the head, so woop woop! I backed off the cardio today since my thighs were so sore I could barely stand but I still managed to walk 2 hours around Wal-mart to do my grocery shopping. I am getting soooo tired of black coffee and water, so I got me some heavy cream and some flavored (but not sweetened) green tea. And it's happening, that thing that happens on diets. You know that thing where you tell yourself you can't have something so you begin to want it sooo bad? Yep, it has already started. I never crave bread, but tell me I can't have it and all the sudden it is the most wanted thing in the store. Fortunately, I found some low carb tortillas so it won't be so bad. Just spent the last hour planning my meals for tomorrow. Who knew this was so hard and time consuming? Oh well, no worries, I'm actually looking forward to trying something new tomorrow.
