This last week has been .... trying. Summer is in full swing, and the last thing i want to be doing is dieting.
I've been having a hard time staying focused at work too. I reeaaaally just want to stay home with the kiddo and do fun outdoorsy things. Work SUCKS!!

But, diet-wise i'm doing my best. I got my cravings and impulse eating under control, and relearned how to listen to my hunger signals. Only eating when i'm hungry and stopping before i feel 'full'. I havent lost any weight yet, but i'm definitley on the right track. I'm watching my calories closely and as painful as it is to cut out extras (like cheese!), at this point i need to make every calorie count.

Alright, i'm off to bed. nighty night. :P

Boo, work! How's your new position going, by the way? I feel like I've missed so much...I hear ya with not wanting to be properly "dieting" during the hot summer months, but it sounds like you're on the right track by choosing your foods wisely :) HANG IN THERE, GIRRRRRL!
