Ahhh Valentines day. I am proud to say my boyfriend hates it and I do not care for it. But I would admit if V-day gets me some good dark chocolate, I cannot complain too much for the holiday.
Typically my boyfriend and I like to go to dinner on Saturdays...this weekend looks like a no go. Since I live in Hoboken, all the restaurants are booked already. In a way I feel this might be a blessing. If I cook at home, my meal is guaranteed to be healthy/paleo. And if I do make a small desert...that will be paleo as well. So I will view this as a good thing. My plan for tomorrow? AM workout then class in the mid morning, go home, do some homework cook dinner and then relax. I bought some grassfed organic steaks for tomorrow nights dinner...yummm.
