More snow here today though not too much, just enough to make a mess. It was very hard to get myself to class tonight, I made it to one and skipped the other, same last night. With the cold the only thing I want to do is snuggle myself up under the blankets with a cup of tea and either read, knit or just plain old nap. I've been drinking a lot of tea lately and I'm wondering how much of the weight loss from the last few days is water loss. The tea seems to go straight through my system and flushes all the water out with it. I wish I could say it has been because of all the hard work I'm doing but I'm betting at least half on the tea. I have new numbers for body fat and BMI which I will post tomorrow because I forgot my workout journal in the truck. They've gone down! ^.^
