So excited to have started my P90X3 program today! Love, love, love having Tony back in my living room. I was never more fit and confident as when I was doing rounds of the old P90X and Insanity programs. Now that I am over 50, those programs are a bit extreme. I just can't seem to get back to those grueling hour long workouts. So I bought into the 30 minute routine and loved it! It was just enough so that I was spent, but not too much that I feel I will get injured or discouraged. Of course, my food is always my nemesis. I am a consistent fitness enthusiast, but being over 50 has posed new bouts of weakness and tiredness that I have never experienced before. Had bloodwork done and I seem to be normal, so I have opted for some supplements. They seem to really be helping. I am calling it my "EFF Fifty" program. LOL. These 15 pounds WILL be gone!! No estrogen deficiency is going to get the best of me! HAH!
