Ok so I didn't quite get started today. But this evening I had a chance to go to the store get everything needed to eat healthy and start my diet. I cooked lots of veggies blended up a huge green shake and have my ground turkey defosting. Should be ready to cook in the morning. The plan for tomarrow 30min walk cook ground turkey make a batch of cocao Breakfast eggs w/ veggies & green shake snack turkey jurky almonds Lunch ground turkey veggies & green shake snack protien shake w/bannana &cocao pwdr Dinner spinach salad &turkey green shake drinking lots of h2o and cocoa when needed.
this is the plan. And I'm sticking to it!
