I looking forward to a day with the family.. I am making a Jello flag dessert using sugar free jello and sugar free cool whip. I think it will be yummy. Mom is making brats and italian sausage, I am also preparing a broccoli slaw so no off limit foods! I stepped on the scale this morning and gained a pound..but I do think it is almost that tom sooo I am not gonna worry!

Well had a wonderful day. Very exhausing. Loved the jello flag mold. I wish they made berry blue sugar free. I ended up making my own blue jello with knox gelatin, invisible kool aid, splenda and food coloring. It came out well I shoulda taken a picture! I did notice though sugar free cool whip had MORE carbs that the regular!

Just one note on my iced coffee today..I did get it without the cream so the carb count is much less/ Id say no more that 2 or 3
