Started taking a multi vitamin along with a fat burner/energy enhancer yesterday, bought it from GNC, hoping it will give me the edge that i need to bust a$$ at the gym.

115 days left till i leave for Hawaii. I never thought these last few pounds would be so hard!! I've been trying really hard to keep my calories at 1300 or less, but i find it really hard to stay satisfied eating that little calories.

I'm still fluctuating between 135-137, so at least i'm maintaining. At this point i'm not feeling very confident that i will ever get these last few inches of fat off. I'm giving myself till July/August before i go bathing suit shopping, i cant wait too long or i'll miss out on all the good styles! They start taking them off the shelves in August! I really feel like i've run out of time, that i should just accept my body the way it is and give up. UGH! Today is not a good day obviously.... feeling totally defeated.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better!!

Give the protein a good bump up, you are pretty light there. That will help keep you full and burn some of that remaining fat.

You're so close Chunky! Don't quit! Think of this as the last sprint down the finish line....go extreme! I think 1300 calories is fine, but really start looking at cutting carbs and replacing with protein. Also, exercise should be your #1 priority early in the morning before you've eaten anything. It's amazing what cardio in the morning will do for you. I know it's easier said than done...but you're an inspiration! You've come so far...bear down and I'll be cheering for you. Good luck!

Pick that head up girl, you've done amazingly! The last few pounds a definitely the hardest. It sucks you're eating so few calories and still not losing. Have you thought about eating more calories for a week, then going back to the reduced calories? Just to shake up your metabolism? And I bet the moment you decide you're OK with yourself as you are now will be when you start to lose again. Either way, we're here in your corner. I know you can do it! And I say, wear the bikini top and short-shorts in Hawaii anyway - nobody knows you there! Rock it!
