Ugh! Tell me about it! I can't believe all the junk that's made it past my defenses the last couple weeks. No more! Summer vacation = summer training! No more cookies! How about you? :)

I threw the rest away. I have had it. The weather just starting warming up here in Chicago so that means more time outside and less time bored in the house looking for snacks. I switched up some of my exercise routine and that has been my saving grace. Keepin' at it. Enjoy your summer, Amy.
