I am eating like crap and I know it. I am not keeping my promises to myself. Since school has been out I have been without a routine and I am slowly unravelling. I've got to get it together. I am using old excuses and unhealthy behaviors and attitudes to make excuses for not taking care of myself and my most basic needs of eating right and exercising. Today has to be the last day. Not tomorrow not after the weekend. I will sit down with my husband and tell him what I need so I can hear it and then get to it.
