My dog walking client is taking a break for a while because her hours at work have been cut. That means the walking and jogging I did because it was so easy to fit in is no longer there. I have lost SOME weight, but nothing to brag about. I HAVE to start working out again. Period. End of story. I need a work out buddy :-(
