Slow and steady wins the race. I have been working hard on exercising everyday and doing something productive, at least 30 minutes. I have also been drinking more water, no sodas, and I don't eat after 6:30pm.
Why is it so easy to put on weight and harder than ever to lose it. Oh the agony but the rewards are worth it. I took the stairs today and I didn't almost pass out, I will take it.
