The last day I went to the gym was Dec.30 I put on 5 pounds I know it may dont look good but O'Well the way I have been eating I'm shocked it's not 10 pounds. I went to the gym testerday & today so far now just need to watch what I eat for the week cause I have a dinner date Friday nite Seafood I love it

Laque, I am glad to read that you are back at the gym and on track. It's been a hard couple of weeks for me to get there too! This week is better and it's already day three of being on track. Enjoy your dinner date on Friday. YUM... I love seafood, as well. Enjoy your day. Truly, Jen
