I started working at Taco Bell, and working there is NOT helping. I love Taco Bell and being surrounded by it makes it hard to resist...I try, and I am trying harder.

I noticed your post and I just wanted to note I had the same problem when working at McDonald's... it's very hard! Especially if you're working 8 hour days -- during your lunch break it's so easy just to get something from your workplace. Good luck!

Anything I get comes with just meat, that's what makes healthy eating hard for me. I do not like salads or vegetables. I try but it just doesnt work for me.
