Way under-ate yesterday just to get the step-change in weight. The momentum is a confidence builder, but I know it is the wrong thing to do. Today my mood is good, but am feeling tired and think I am coming down with a cold or other URI (sore throat, congestion, coughing,...). I probably compromised my immune system a little, though I did start adding vitamin supplements.

Would really like to make today a rest day - but fear that this coming week of business travel, to a hotel which I know has a crappy gym, will likely prompt at least one bogus "rest day" this week already.
