I fell off the bus! 😭 Back again on FS after 80 days, after the rare illness layomolitus (laziness) to update FS daily overcame me. During these 80 days, just because I thought my new habits of eating healthy would keep my weight down, I didn't record what I ate. Well, it was enough to spike my weight back to 90 kgs! And I didn't exercise as often as I should have.

But now I'm back on FS, making it a daily habit again. Getting back to exercise tomorrow as well.
90 kg 지금까지 감소한: 10 kg.    남은양: 7 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

oh dear 😟 that's so me. I have to measure cos if I don't there's hell to pay. And I have gained so much weight, TWICE gaining more than 30 kgs that I had to get rid of. Now I measure often cos it's easier to rid of 2 kgs than to get rid of 30.

I think it all comes down to habits and consistency. Doing exercise daily, and eating only moderate, healthy portions. But I did 21 cups of coffee today, so who am I to play wise guy... 😁

I hear and can relate to you, Bestekat! Also suffering from a severe case of layomolitus :) ...everything seems like too much effort...also trying to eat on the healthier side and still walking 5km's a day, but clearly it's not enough. Hearing that I'm not the only one suffering from layomolitus does help...let's keep each other accountable....starting tomorrow :) :) I have quite a few glasses of wine with my name on it tonight :) :)
