Damn! Did I fell off the bus the past 2 months! Where did my 83 kgs went to? That's what happens when one decides a new lifestyle is fixed as habit now, no need to watch those calories anymore or do exercise. Went to a pharmacy today that has a proper scale, because my lying scale says 91 kgs. But the pharmacy's one says 95. Starting exercise tomorrow again, and this time I'm back on the bus of a healthy lifestyle for good.

Got a great time-saving recipe tip today. You know what hassle it is to make ordinary things like pasta and macaroni and so on? So, do this: Boil several liters of water in the beginning of the week, then just freeze it for later use.

For yesterday I did just 1155 calories! 🎉When I started a year ago keeping tabs on my health - and avoiding any virus like it's a plague or something - I decided to do just calorie counting. 1500 a day would got me to lose weight fast, while not starving me, I believed. And I was right. Lost 18 kgs in just a few short months, down from 101.5 to 83, by simply eating only fruit and vegetables, and doing a walk a day. But it was FatSecret that kept me on track, and after I quit updating it daily, I slipped up. So this time, I'm recording what I eat every day. My ideal weight is between 78 and 83, so I'll be there in 2 months. Maybe over a week already, if I can last that long without food. 😝

I fell off the bus! 😭 Back again on FS after 80 days, after the rare illness layomolitus (laziness) to update FS daily overcame me. During these 80 days, just because I thought my new habits of eating healthy would keep my weight down, I didn't record what I ate. Well, it was enough to spike my weight back to 90 kgs! And I didn't exercise as often as I should have.
But now I'm back on FS, making it a daily habit again. Getting back to exercise tomorrow as well.
