Well, well, well.... I guess going against my arch nemisis the evil TREADMILL is working. I did 65 minutes last Friday, 30 minutes on Monday and 40 minutes on Tuesday plus I have been trying REALLY hard to keep better tabs on what and how much I am eating. My goal of 199 by Memorial day may still be a possibility. I just need to keep cranking up and pushing out the workouts until I get there, and then maintaining it once I am there.

On a side note: I have to say CONGRADULATIONS to my beautiful, strong, and fit wife Jenn-e who just got down to 158! You kick ass baby, you motivate me to workout harder and longer everytime I go to the gym!
