Really going to monitor my caloric/carb intake this week along with my exercise routing very, very closely. I need to find a proper balance that will help me continue to slowly get stronger and keep me from losing weight. All of my in-laws said I'm getting too thin which was kind of disheartening. All in all, I feel like I am right where I need to be weight wise for my current athletic build. I am going to make sure not to drop below 165 lbs, if that involves 3 spike days, then so be it! I <3 my spike days. I will be doing 1.5 spike days this week. Starting friday at 3pm and ending saturday midnight, this spike diet is just a godsend for me. I am no longer afraid to lose my path and go back to the large and depressed individual I once was before.

I hate the too thin comments. It's your body, not theirs, and only you know what's comfortable for you. It's frustrating, but if you are happy at your weight, you should rightfully maintain :) but don't do it just because of a few people's comments.

I get those comments all the time from family, friends, and coworkers. I'm finished losing weight and now just maintaining my build. However, they still continue to make remarks such as, "You're going to blow away." "Hey, where did the rest of you go?" When you turn sideways, you'll disappear." And so on. At 5' tall I weighed 160 pounds! At 105, I'm in the best shape of my life. Disregard the ignorance and stay on track. Good luck on your journey. :)

Well meaning remarks, or maybe off-handed compliments...take it for what its worth. I do wonder if maybe your formula needs tweaking. Have you talked with russell about it? It may be that you need to up your RMR.

Yeah, I guess I really never got my question answered about that. Do you factor your lifestyle (sedentary, active, very active) into your rmr mammasix? Or do you just base it off your body's height/weight/age before factoring in lifestyle.

Along with the formula's result, I also get an average on 3 different calculators. For me, the results are pretty consistant now, though when I started, there was quite a spread. I think you need to get an average based on a very active lifestyle and see if russell's forumula is in the same neighborhood.
