I don't know how this is even possible 😱
I did not eat clean at all this week and last night a binged ate. Maybe it's because I am loving myself and thinking positively and accepting that I will sometimes binge but I will also get back on track. People I didn't even exercise this week 😅😵
Remember that your mind is a very very powerful thing and it can either increase your weight loss or keep you stuck. So think positive!!!

Just commenting because I love your username and your outlook. It's a big thing I have realised. To change your life like this it has to come from a place of self love - you can't hate yourself healthy and you can't punish yourself thin. Keep at it ❤️
