Let my pain be your gain!
Stupid calf issue is feeling more like an injury than a cramp. So of course I decided yesterday that after a good hour of walking on a sore leg, I should definitely try some tennis on the same day. Nice move Einstein. Brilliant, really. What probably would have recovered quickly had I let it, has now blossomed into full blown pain when I walk.
Im not whining people....No one is less surprised by this than I am...It is my M.O. as it where.
I am warning...we get to feeling good and loving that exercise (as I am) and go a little buggy maybe when we think we have to cut back for a second.
Try to listen to your bodies. Take it from me...the absolute last person on earth who should be giving this advice!!(Can I get a hypocrisy shout out , my brothers and sisters??)

Mike, It is easy to do when you are feeling good. As I said just step back, take a couple ibuprofins, stretch and take a day or 2 and relax your leg. You can switch to upper or abs if you HAVE TO JUST EXERCISE:) It is all good. I have taken a day or 2 myself the last 2 days since I ran my heels into pain. Keep stretching and use heat or ice on it. You will have to google which is best, sorry I'm not a doc.
