What the hell? I'm confused. Excited, but a little in shock, but still very confused. I ate like a pig yesterday. I ate a nice breakfast and a healthy snack, until I realized that we were going to the Cheesecake Factory for my friends wedding dinner and NOTHING there is under 20 points, so I said screw it and ate literally everything and anything I wanted. I probably had triple my points yesterday and I've LOST weight! That's crazy! By no means will I be using this as an excuse to eat like a pig again, but its comforting to know that I can indulge on a special occasion and don't have to worry about giving up my progress. I've very happy!

No need for confusion. Say a quick thank you to the deity of your choosing and keep on going. But yeah, weight loss (and gain) is a slow process that happens over months, not hours. A splurge here and there will not completely ruin you, just as a workout here and there will not make you thin. It's all about consistency.
