Settling back into the routine after two crazy weeks of travel. Have exactly 7 weeks till summer and set a mini goal of 110 lbs. - a little over 1 lbs per week, which is doable. Alternatively, the mini goal is to have a 25" waist by June 22. Will be happy either way.

If you can work in some cardio... that's going to help cut fat. After being quite stable on my weight... I started doing the treadmill Jan 1 and started losing more... I was suprised because I didn't think was even possible because I was already quite thin! Good Luck!

Thanks, Matt! Will try to do that, especially with the warmer weather, I should be able to add some fast walks/jogs in the park even on those days I cannot make it to the gym.

Oh mdep... I was a little sore in the beginning... and did show a weight gain of 2-3 lbs... but that went away after 3 weeks. Just don't get discouraged if that happens to you!
