I had my first psychology appointment with the Bariatric clinic today and it went very well. Found out my drs scale was off which made sense so back up to where I am for now. I’m gonna continue on my journey.

Also found out my fatty liver is being a pain so eating a more Mediterranean lifestyle of foods!
137.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 14.3 kg.    남은양: 13.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
