A lot of dedication goes in to that -well done you should be very proud. I think that's the biggest mistake many of us do, not planning ahead (never mind even the effort to prep)

Thats crazy. Can you list your meal content/recipes for leaning out?

Hmmmm for leaning I would aim for about 1600kcal daily, low carb, no fat and tons of protein.. Meals would include oats, chicken, tuna, ostrich, diet shakes and lots of salad stuff and cooked veggies such a broccoli and cauliflower I would spread food to about 9 meals daily as to only eat micro meals every hour for 9 hours in the day...

Well beef is no good during a leaning Cycle as the fat content and calorie count is high, I'll only eat fats and beef during a bulking cycle

If you really use the fatsecret calculators and a proper kitchen scalr it will give you alot of perspective on eating for mass and eating for weight loss, combine that with a champion tracking device, I personally prefer the Garmin watch and your good to go. Tracking your consumption VS your expenditure is really easy.

I have all of those for many years. I've just drifted away from the routine of eating properly. Im also a cyclist and I burn a lot of calories. I think I am just compensating burnt calories with the wrong stuff. According to my Garmin watch, I've burnt 3600 daily avg calories over the pass 7 days. I also try to train weights 3-4 times a week.
