Hi Everyone!! So I've been really good about recording points and sticking too points this week, but am dealing with a little bit of Mr. C....arg... been trying to drink a lot of water to remedy the situation but I know it'll come when ready...I've never been able to do a ton to help it along... so I'm hoping when that clears I'll have another loss. Really hoping!! I have been seeing changes in my body though...particularly around the tummy region... Since I've been belly dancing it's gotten much more toned all the way around whereas before it was always toned in only certain areas where I worked doing various ab exercises....but so many muscles get worked belly dancing. Also new incentive. I will be performing in July at a Mediterranean Festival...only about 2 min or so, but middle regions will be all out there for all to see! I would love to look my best doing it. I am really excited though!
Not as fun--I will be taking another grad school entrance exam in two weekends. I don't know if I'm ready, and have been stressing about it. Luckily I've been paying attention to what I've been eating...maybe in place of studying enough...hmm I guess we'll see.
