Water weight is starting to adjust now that my body is getting used to these early mornings of hot yoga.
I've moved the majority of my calories to be eaten by 3pm with dinner being more pf a simple snack around 7pm and with my schedule that's working out perfectly . almost like having 2 lunches or a really early supper, but then I'm not hungry at night and cam use those calories to function during the hours I'm most active.
