Yesterday I worked out my back and did 10 mins of walking...my back is sore today. But on Saturday I did leg day. I can barely walk or sit my less and butt hurt SO BAD. I am currently at work standing on a gel mat I bought because my butt is too sore to sit....gotta love leg day
