OMG.. the damage is in. What a traumatizing gain! 8 lbs!?!? I know, I know.. it's partly water and stuff, but GOSH it sucks to see the 30's again.
Well whatever! I'm doing a DD today with the hubby (he's doing damage control too) so maybe tomorrow will show some more weight knocked out. Just had coffee today. I'll wait until dinner for my 500 cals.
On a side note, I had MUCHO fun. I know we didn't travel far, but man the relaxation was great and the activities were nice. There was no set plan, so the stress was *almost* zero. (Until I took hubby on a wrong turn. Then things got messy. LOL!)
Anyway, I noticed I got binge-y on about the 3rd day. I'm glad to get back into this WOE. I felt out of control and slightly ashamed some evenings. I only pigged out when it was really late. My scale and I will be working on our relationship this week. I reeeeeally hope by next week I'll be back to my low.
