#$%^&*!!! Ouch!!! Got a massive calf cramp when running today. First day in my new shoes too! I was feelin fine, on minute 18 of running (broken up into 5 minute running intervals, run/walk run/ walk) and on the home stretch, wind at my back, slight downhill. Whammo...cramp stopped me cold!Thoght the walking warmup would have adequately stretched me. Maybe just an old fart trying to run! Hope this heals fast as i DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THE CARDIO i HAVE GAINED! This happened about 5 years ago, pain lasted like 2 weeks and I never ran again. Thats NOT gonna be the case here...I am actually enjoying my little incrementally inreasing jogs!
