I have not benn being serious enough about making this change. Weight is just going up and down the same 5 ppounds, habits are vacillating between bad and fair... can't get into a rhythmn with food or exercise (ar attitude). Not sure why I am having so much trouble, but I am viewing today as a starting point for good positive behavior: food journaling, taking the stairs, drinking water - trying to set myself up for success.

I keep trying to remember that these are steps towards a better life - a life where I feel healthy and don't worry about feeling winded walking to work. A life where I feel confident, capable and in control. Feel better, look better, live better. I guuess on some level I need to make sure I want good things for myself... but that is, perhaps, another kettle of fish.

You can do this! Remember that you are worth the effort! This change WILL change your life for the better! You are stronger than FOOD! You have to decide that you will be in charge and not the FOOD! Good luck on this journey, IT IS WORTH IT!
