I did more 5K training today. I haven't done it in a few days and I've been partying a little bit so it was pretty tricky at first, but after a few minutes I really got into the challenge and was having a lot of fun. By the last jogging interval I was pretty tired, but I decided to really push it so instead of jogging I ran. I didn't run as fast as I could, but I was running at a pretty good pace and it was a nice change or pace. Then I did a tiny bit of strength training. I need to have my brother help me with strength training the next time he comes out to visit. I should probably mention that my brother is in the Army and does cage fighting. He has been REALLY into fitness since he was about 14, and he is now coming up on 22. He is just about the healthiest guy I know lol. I pretty much know how to work cardio efficiently but I really don't know anything about strength training. I am absolutely addicted to jogging now.
