Happy March!! It has been more than a minute since I journaled with you! There have been a few ups and a few downs along the way, however I will persevere. I’ve found so many delicious recipes via YouTube that it has given me a cooking awakening!! Things like everything keto - pizza, pancakes, various veggies dishes, and not to mention the desserts and snacks. I’m still learning and improving. That’s one of my goals.

Next is to increase the amount of exercise per day. I hope to break through to reach my goal. Determination, perseverance, and knowing that it’s just around the corner is encouraging. Thank you all for your support, advice, and wonderful testimonies.
