I think right now, you can join WW for free. You could call to check in your area. It might help to go for a few weeks to get you on track. I noticed on you calendar, that you have a week of eating reasonably well, then a week of eating poorly. This can really make it so that you gain and lose the same pounds over and over which makes it look like a plateau. Losing weight is about 80% diet and the rest exercise. Try a week of 100% eating on target and getting in some exercise and see what happens. Try to stay away from processed type foods and get in lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein. Get at least two servings of lean dairy a day too. It helps with losing fat. You might also think of adding in some strenght training type videos. Jillian Michaels the shred is pretty good and only 20 minutes long. If you do 3 times a week, you will see some great results in a month. Good luck!
