Biggest calorie in day (yesterday) in quite some time...kinda knew it was coming though. Went out with freinds and ordered it up! You know something though? I only ate half of what was on my plate and that was fine. I recogmize now when I feel full and TRY to stop there, and more often than not I do it successfully. Still. Weight is trending up but I, not tripping.Ive seen eneough ups and downs with my buddies to know that it is just a part of the process. Body physically not great right now, flu or something, so Im just hanging in till it passes. Thanks buddies for all of your suggestion and support.

To cool you stopped when you were full. It is hard to do when you are eating out. I ask for a box in the beginning and split the meal and box half. That is how I stay more accountable. Especially if I am out with friends, I lose track and eat all. Hope you get over the bug quick.
