It's, not easy to loos weight. Ive been doing Intermittent fasting for a year now, plus hiit nearly every day, and the last few months were extremely stressful (and Im not eating when I'm stressed). Also, worked on it with psychologist, which helped me to understand why I'm overeating. Here I am , in my original (before having 2 children) weight,one size down, feeling energised and healthy . I even can fit in my wedding dress now, which I thought will never be possible. Proud of myself that I Coul do it. Now my goal is maintain this weight and may be push a little harder to loose couple kilos more.
63.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 6.4 kg.    남은양: 3.6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
