Hello Plateau, whaddya know? Well keeping it steady anyway..plus feels like I am putting some muscle, as you all keep reminding me! WE FINALLY GET A GREAT, WINDLESS DAY HERE AND i FEEL LIKE DOO DOO! I took the walk anyway, but I am backing off of the crunches today. Feels like I caught my sons flu bug. (sad face thingy here) Take care peeps...keep fighting the good fight.
