I've readjusted my goal weight. I want to lose 15 more pounds of fat and add 7-10 pounds of muscle. I have some goal measurements and body fat percentage in mind, but we'll see. I'm hoping to find some more friends who are on their way to figure/fitness competitions or who just aren't afraid of lifting weights.
