Let me tell you...Chicago has NOTHING on Reno in terms of wind. Still got out there though. Incorporating more and more running into my walks. I want to make sure I will enjoy it so I am not forcing it. I really ised to love running, so hopefully we will get back there again. Its coming moe easily every time, and i am pleased about that. Im just entering it as brisk 3.5 mph walking since I am blending the two. I would rather underestimate the burn. Hit a nice little weigh in milestone yesterday...and today..but Im not entering weights til Monday next. No, I mean it this time!! hee hee.
