So yesterday i was good and finally hit the gym again and im sore today from not going in so long. im gonna try my best to get in a work out of some sore each day for my challenges and to try to hit the gym 3 days a week. The more i lose the more inspired and motivated i become so this is 2 days straight being under 190 which is simple to some but very exciting to me as its been years since i could say that i was under 190.

The wedding is only 175 days away and Im super excited all the deposits have been made and things are really coming together! I have a cake tasting next month which will be fun but I have to really watch my carbs for that day since i kinda have to taste the cakes.

This week is more difficult for some reason im graving every carb i see or smell but i havent given in!!! Today at work my co workers had pizza and fries, cheese burger and fries, and a baked ziti, while i smelled all these deliceous foods i ate my salad with no dressing and my sugar free jello. Last night i fought and won the temptation to order a cheese steak wrap! I ordered my fiance a small pizza and all i got was skinless non-breaded chicken wings with no sauce...Its hard right now but as the pounds shred Ill deff have less temptations i think. Losing 40lbs tastes much better than french fries lol!
