Won't be making that mistake again...I misread the muffin package and thought I was eating 180 calories a treat yes but my brain did not process that this information was illogical however I fell for it only top realize as soon as I took the last delicious tasty bite that the package was 2 servings meaning 360 calories!!!! No big deal it was the fat that causes me the greatest deficit for the rest of the day. I will survive.
