ok im Totally not fine I have been a very good girl I PROMISE! and i am at doc appt I and gained 1 lb are freakin kidding and i cant say im buolding muscle since im not doin any weight lifting just walking as much as my back will let me. I dont understand i guess i need to change my diet from low calorie becuz im super vigilant about watching my calories not eating sweets so im upset confused so when i lv my docs today i guess i will try and decide which diet since salads and protein with low carbs arent doin it now. Im sorry I will try and draw some happiness off some of yalls success knowong i woll be there one day. Thnx for listening and yes open to suggestions..
