So today started out good i had 3 eggs only one with yoke and stewed tomatoes with cheese and a bottle of water. The middle of the day was not so great yet I made a great step! I had a fight with my parents and was very upset and stressed out and im a hardcore emotional eater and I didnt eat!!! I also resisted coffee today after realizing how bad my style of coffee drinks is for a low carb diet. I did have an issue last night as i do most nights with late night eating and i added the food i ate last night at bedtime to todays carbs so if it werent for that id be under for today in carbs and im still only at 1100 calories for the day with a balanced amount of protein, fat, to carb ratio. I havent been sticking 100% to my 20 carbs daily but im very close and im proud of myself! Im only 4 days in today to my introduction phase so hopefully now that im more motivated ill do better at my daily allowance and be able to eat more filling dinners so I resist late night snacks.
