Dang it...had 181.4 on a weigh in on Monday...shoulda logged that puppy when I had the chance!
Could be some muscle gain, could be some good ol h20
Up and down we go. Diet and exercise havent changed, but the scale doesnt love me this week! seems like a relatively high exercise day and relatively low cal day invariably results in a high scale reading!
Began the morning at 183.8, "went" and then 184.4? I think not.
We'll try again tomorrow. Im eating well and exercising. beyond that it is the scale gods who will seal my fate!

PS: TRYING TO WATCH THAT SALT! IS IT THE CHEWY BARS? I am making almost everything else Gotta check those labels.

Sounds like your stressing over the scales. Your clothes and other things is a getter way sometimes to tell if your losing. Just a thought. Have a good evening.....Bren

Yep. I did the whole fitness, eat right lose weight thing some years back and did not own a scale . I did not realize how much weight I had lost until a doctor visit. I wish I could say I was gonna leave it alone, but that aint gonna happen! I like to see the loss too!

I hear ya, I weigh every morning but I don't worry about it as my clothes tells me I am losing cause I had to buy a smaller size this week. I was in the store and pulling them up constantly. And I refuse to wear suspenders. Hahaha........Bren

Yep, that pesky muscle gain is a huge inconvenience. ;) I bought a scale a while back that measures my water content and BMI when I weigh. Just had to make a profile with my gender, height and age, and I have to weigh barefoot as it has metal pads to sense the water build up. It wasn't the cheapest scale in the world, but I got it on sale at Amazon for right at $50, and it seems to be worth it. If I weigh more than I think I should the water number generally tells me why.

Willmon, I may have to look into that. I do know from all of the great comments here though that what you see isnt always what you get (in terms of what my cheapo scale tells me! ) Bren, i heard that. I am tighter, clothes fit waaaay differently now. Thanks all...Im not really that stressed, just like to gripe here and there!!

Mike, it's not so much the chewy bars on the sodiem. It's the processed foods. The Jumbilaya was 2500 sodium, but it seems like you are doing better. My weight is up and down too. You are not alone. I'm up 2 lbs since 4 days ago. Quite annoying, but I figure it will equalize. Great your clothes are fitting better. You sound like you are feeling better too.

Oy, I have to practice what I preach. I just noticed how high in sodium my imitation crab is. I am going to have to limit it to once not twice a day. There goes my yummy evening salad with crab on it. I'm going to have to break down and use dressing.
