I wound up eating basically a second breakfast. I ate a bowl of cereal, but an hour later I was starving, and I don't want to over load on snacks, so I had an english muffin sandwich. I also just did my first session of 5k training! 5 minute walking warm up, 60 seconds of running/jogging, then 90 seconds of walking. You alternate between walking and running, and with the warm up and all it totals about 20 minutes. It was harder than I thought it would be, but I did it!
