So its officially 6 months to the wedding and I just started this diet officially on Monday April 4th with the goal of losing 40lbs. I try not to weigh myself daily but i have been and its been dropping im super excited and the introduction phase is tough but im really getting a realization of how bad i was eating before and the massive amount of carbs in the littlest things like ketchup for instance! Today for breakfast i made scrambled eggs with stewed tomatoes and cheese it was amazingly deliceous, and i like actually making breakfast for myself instead of munching down a fast bowl of cereal. Im already feeling more energetic and decided to do a few challenges from this site.
