Good Wednesday!!
And what a glorious Wednesday it is. Yup, I'm leaning toward the positive pole today as it's been a pretty good week so far. UConn won the National Championship (albeit one of the worst games I've ever seen, let alone a championship game), I seemed to have broken through the plateau I was on, and the weather is getting better with each passing day...Now if only the Red Sox can win an F'in game this year. :-)
Exercise-wise, I did something for the first time since I started dropping some tonnage. I did formal exercise on both weekend days and I gotta tell ya, I felt great about it!!!
Food-wise, I fell down a bit on Saturday during the Final 4, but luckily it did not affect my weigh in. The approximately 200 oz. of water on Sunday may have had more than a little to do with keeping my weight in check. From the end of my work out at 9:30 on Sunday until after dinner, It seemed I would visit my "office" every 45 minutes, then drink another pint of water. Hey man, gotta do somingto to counteract the sodium in bar wings and nachos!!!
