New day. Yesterday less than stellar calorie wise, but what are ya gonna do? Some of the stressors have already been resolved and that is a gooood thing! Oh yeah, found a nice form of exercise to take me out of routine. Helped my crew unload trucks today. I have not done that in a while. Gets me out from behind the desk and I get to show those young bucks what an old guy can do! Palletizing 22-30 lb boxes, lots of reaching, lifting stretching. Broke a noice little sweat as we move FAST in these parts!
Felt good. Gonna get out there with those guys more and keep em honest!

Hey Mike, you show them who is boss, just don't let them young bucks break you. I joke that way because most of my soldiers are young. Man I look at them and wish I could shave off 10 years again. It kind of hurts more now that I'm not made of rubber and invincible anymore. Once I could fall and bounce right back. Now it hurts some more when I get up. Great work out.
