New day. Yesterday less than stellar calorie wise, but what are ya gonna do? Some of the stressors have already been resolved and that is a gooood thing! Oh yeah, found a nice form of exercise to take me out of routine. Helped my crew unload trucks today. I have not done that in a while. Gets me out from behind the desk and I get to show those young bucks what an old guy can do! Palletizing 22-30 lb boxes, lots of reaching, lifting stretching. Broke a noice little sweat as we move FAST in these parts! Felt good. Gonna get out there with those guys more and keep em honest! Jeez Mike...Long winded much???
