Well, it's been exactly a week since I started my diet, only a few days since I started Alli. So far I've lost 2lbs. I haven't felt deprived of anything and I never feel starved, except if I'm driving to get food after errands and just can't get to food until I'm really hungry lol. I am very happy with my program. I really need to include more exercise though if I really want to take the weight off. I am doing this as of today since I started the Lose 2lbs a Week for 10 Weeks Challenge. For the first 4 weeks you have to do at least two work outs of 30 mins or more each week. From there till week 10 you have to do at least 3 workouts a week of 30 mins or more. I'm going to try to include some fairly intense hiking/walking/running, and I'm going to put more effort in to the strength training we do at my dance class two days a week. I feel like a little kid the night before Christmas when I think about the fact that if I stick to this, I could be 20lbs lighter in just 10 weeks!
